Work to restore service was completed at 05:44 on 19/08/2025. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

We now see that the problem is not on our network, but the network of a third party that supports ours.
We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix.
We will update you again by 08:00.

361866: INCIDENT AFFECTING INTERNET SERVICES

3rd party has started work on their equipment, as a result service has been stable since 13:30.
However there is potentially for further service disruption. We'll update this post as we get more information.

We now see that the problem is not on our network, but the network of a third party that supports ours.
We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix.
We will update you again by 16:00.

Service is currently restored but we're aware of an issue thats affecting all customers intermittently.
We're investigating this fault and will have an engineer to site as soon as possible.
